We’re so sorry about this, and especially about this whole situation! I saw that your order was placed on September 17th. I also checked our tickets and noticed there was a contact on Friday/Saturday. I’ve already flagged it to the lead on the support team. The good news is that even though it’s right at the limit of our normal timeframe, it’s already with the shipping department and may have already shipped. And shipping is faster for orders in the US. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours. I hope everything goes well!

We’re really sorry about that! But I believe it was definitely a communication error on our end... usually, even when we discontinue a product, whether because of low demand, lack of profitability, or any other reason, we always keep a reserve stock precisely in case a reshipment or replacement is needed. We apologize for what happened. If you can, please share your order number and I’ll pass it to one of our agents to get in touch with you and resolve this.

We're truly sorry to hear that! It definitely shouldn't be this way, especially when it comes to customer support and how you're treated. Please send us your order number and email address, and we'll make sure someone from our team personally looks into this and sorts out whatever is going on.

I can assure you this is not a scam. If what you received doesn't match what was shown on our website, please reach out to us so we can make things right. Could you please send over your order number? That way we’ll get this sorted out for you.

We're truly sorry to hear about this! We hold our products to extremely high standards, so this was likely an isolated issue. (Feel free to check out our Instagram to see real footage and videos of our items). https://www.instagram.com/heroslashofficial/ Regarding the C.A. Shield, unfortunately, we don't have visual content for it just yet. However, if the item you received genuinely doesn't match the description on our website, we would be more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge or issue a 100% full refund. And about our support team, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. Have you by any chance checked your Spam folder? Sometimes our emails end up there. Either way, I'll definitely flag this with the team so it doesn't happen again! Please share your order number with us and let us know which option you'd prefer.
