Sorry we couldn't deliver your TUSHY Oasis ahead of the holiday, Josh! And worse that you had to spend time during what should be relaxing days to get to the bottom of it. Happy to see that your refund has been issued, and you'll likely still receive the bidet that did indeed ship, but took longer due to holiday chaos for tracking to reveal itself. In any case you shouldn't have to be a logistics wiz to enjoy booty bliss, so apologies again for failing you! 😥

Sorry you missed the message at checkout that we can't modify orders once placed—any advice on how to make this clearer? The reason that TUSHY is a more premium product than our copycats is because we have an in-house design and engineering team ensuring our bidets are best-in-class and are long-term durable investments that will last for years to come, as well as being able to rely on a team of real humans should you need any support—we can even help you install virtually! We're also a small company that loves to learn from our customers—and totally the opposite of Amazon, you're right!— so we're disappointed that you didn't share this with us directly, as when we can, we love to kiss our customers' butts!
