THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY
This testimonial is for the Hello MD team. I am submitting this review from Schoenberg Neurology in New York. Our organization has partnered with HelloMD for the past two months. In this initial timeframe, they have concentrated on examining and retrieving our pending accounts receivable and enhancing our insurance claim management. Additionally, they have addressed claim rejections and bolstered our financial operations. Within several days, HelloMD successfully reclaimed insurance reimbursements that had been previously rejected. They maintained direct collaboration with us and executed a comprehensive onboarding procedure with negligible burden on our personnel. They performed exceptionally in resolving our billing queue backlog. They recaptured revenue from our former billing department that had been unable to secure. Their expertise, responsiveness, and outcomes surpass our initial expectations. Our practice has operated for over two decades. Twenty years ago, we utilized paper-based billing systems. Subsequently, we transitioned to digital billing methods. We have witnessed significant industry shifts, including the emergence of telehealth during the pandemic, and continue to navigate contemporary billing challenges. As healthcare providers recognize, claim denials and accounts receivable represent substantial obstacles for independent medical practices. The HelloMD team has delivered exceptional results. They demonstrated remarkable commitment. They fulfilled every commitment they made. Unlike numerous other billing service providers, they have honored their agreements. Their customer communication protocol is outstanding. They maintain consistent contact via electronic correspondence and telephone. This is an exceptional organization. We are grateful to have engaged the HelloMD team. Thank you, Dr. Laura Gray-Schoenberg.
