In Turkey, people cannot import cosmetic products without a special permission. Your product Neuroveen Bottles considered as a cosmetic product at Turkish customs and that is why it took me some time to convince customs authorities that this was not a cosmetic product but a homeophatic medicine. In future if you export this kind of medicines to Turkey it is a good idea to write on the package that it is not cosmetic. Sema Kirkagaclioglu
