It says I’ve received it but i haven’t and i can’t track it

I ordered two packages for two granddaughters and to date I have only received one of these packages. I paid for two….I would like to receive two

I was not refunded the entire amount and instead I only received $1 of what should have been a full refund of $36.00 (just because I had a coupon does not mean you don't refund the entire price!).

Doesn’t leave the skin clean. Need to use a lot of product to take off minimum makeup. Makes my skin feel very dry afterwards
