I didn’t recieve my package

You’re not answering on my mails

So basically what happened was the packaging was opened and there was tape all around the product and it just looks like they didn’t put any care in it at all.

Have not received the skincare

We are yet to receive our order after 1-3 weeks. Have emailed a number of times with no response.

Still waiting for after 3 weeks

It took multiple emails about canceling a subscription over the course of a couple weeks for company to finally respond to an email.

I did not receive my order even though the email stated that the order had been delivered.
