Still waiting for product 5weeks not happy

Order didn’t arrive. Was told to reach out to USPS. Bubble Customer service was not helpful.

Have not received my order yet which was place on the 9th of September

Anmazingly bad communication on shipping and order updates.

my family is not acne prone. we never had acne only a few pimples during puberty. bubble made me breakout i was an ambassador and i quit. no shade to them but this is probably the worst because i broke out had so many pimples that wont go away. and as soon as i switched to my regular routine they were gone.

Still yet to receive our item, been a month. No way to track shipping. 00393580940030783297

If I could give less than one star I would . Horrible product , half empty bottles . Don't even get me started on customer service and how they handled my order .

I never received what I ordered and I can’t reach anyone to resolve the problem
