Originally I only received an empty box w stickers. No product. But after getting in touch with customer service, they made sure to fix the problem and sent me the right items quickly.

Item was sent to incorrect address. Immediately contacted them and they said Item was sold out but could send another item as replacement. They sent replacement 4 days later with shipping rate of 10 business days which caused item to not be received by Christmas day. Update. Company reached out and reimbursed half of the original purchase amount

did not include everything that everyone else gets in welcome ambassador gift! other than that it’s great

I loved how it came quick and it was for a present for my best friend and she loved it. Your brand is amazing! My only complaint was that the products were a lot smaller than I was expecting. I knew it was a mini set but I already have one of those products and mine was much bigger than the one I ordered for my friend. But overall I really loved ordering from this brand!
