Paid for the product. Never received it. How do I get a refund or the gift I bought my daughter for Xmas.

I never received my package

Only reason is my daughter is highly allergic to something in it and broke out in blisters after one use

Items did not arrive and no refund possible was the email I received from Bubble Support

My granddaughter was very disappointed to not receive all items in her inside out 2 kit for Christmas. I was very disappointed to pay for something only to receive a partially completed order.
