I didn’t get my order. More than 20 days, and I still waiting.

I never received my package

My package came in wrecked. The box was dented and stickers and product were in bad shape. I also did not get the cute blue box, so I recorded my review using my sister’s box because it came in better shape.

I haven’t received my package yet. It’s been 2+ weeks, idk what’s taking it so long!!

Never received package

When I received my package it was busted and the face wash was pretty much ruined. I also do not use that face wash because it does not match with my skin type and causes me to breakout

They have no return policy. I ordered this as a gift for my niece, she had already received the same thing from someone else. I thought, no problem I’ll just return it (the box hadn’t even been opened). So I go online to return it and they don’t do returns.

Haven’t received the product jet, The update is the some from day one . My daughter birthday is today 😔
