My package was broken. The product was spilled everywhere in the box.

I haven’t gotten any packages

It broke my skin out

My daughter was very excited about the prospect of using this product as her first skincare regimen, unfortunately the product caused her to break out into a severe rash. What was even more upsetting was that we learned that the $70+ purchase was non-refundable. We will not be purchasing again from this company or their parent company ever again.

There is no way to dispense the cream. I don't know if there is a pump attached but it looks like something in the lid is broken.
