I’ve had to get 4 things re delivered to me and they all got sent to the wrong place or didn’t get sent I still don’t have my welcome gift my morning rays or my fade away after some of them got sent to the wrong address while others just didn’t get sent

Terrible shipping and when I emailed someone about it they blamed the weather for USPS for delays. Even though I ordered a packed that came In two days from the East Coast. Will not order again.

my package never arrived. i’m an ambassador so i didn’t have to pay and it’s now been over a month. i’ve emailed the brand but still no reply, truly disappointed

Bubble mist toner burnt my daughter’s face! My daughter used the toner mist on Saturday night, washed it off immediately and has continued to splash cold water and use cold compresses on her face, I wish I could attach a photo as her skin has clearly been chemically burnt
