Great communication, but took a while to get it out and shipped

I LOVE the Bubble toner. It is my first time having this product. The packaging of my PR was so cute with the stickers as well!

the products live to how they look! they work amazingly every time

Product came a little later than expected, however its condition was pristine and no damage was done.

It’s great! It’s just that we have to do a lot of things to receive 1 thing😔🥰

I recently received Bubble's "Slam Dunk" moisturizer, and I’m thrilled with how amazing it feels on my skin – it's hydrating and lightweight, leaving my face feeling fresh all day. The product itself definitely lives up to the hype, but the customer service experience was a bit of a letdown, as it took around 5 months for them to send confirmation and deliver the product. Despite the delay, the moisturizer is fantastic, and I’m happy with the results, which is why I’m still giving it 4 stars.

It was amazing the stickers and card are a great inclusion shipping took about two weeks but that’s ok!!
