I haven’t received the order.

Had an issue with their return policy and their customer service is horrible, and they don't care about their customers satisfaction. Product wasn't open, it was incorrectly ordered all we wanted to do was return it. You can't get a hold of a person to speak to. I suggest you don't get scammed by them since all they do is send out automated emails stating sorry, we don't have a return policy. You can gift the product if you like. What a scam!

There was no product in the first order and also this order js taking past due date

Package came 4 months late

The product lid does not stay on. It is too prone to falling off my keys and just dropping on the floor, which is not great for a lip balm.
