My box cme and it was completely covered in a greasy material, I refused it at the post office. Where is my refund.

I haven’t received my order since it has been placed and it’s been almost a month.

Order it on april 20 and it got shipped april 22 and it still says its on its way and i have not received any message och mail saying that the package has arrived.

Horrible delivery

I love your products and have recently become a bubble ambassador. I have claimed a prize from the social ladder rewards list and got an email saying is would come by the 23rd of April. I have not received the package and have had not further emails about it. I also have not received any information about my welcome package even though I have put in my mailing address. Please could you email me to help me out?

I did not receive my order, and I wrote to Bubble and your answer was to reach out to fedex, Fedex just said they delivered it. I need my order or my money back, because I did not receive my order and I Payd for it.
