I ordered to set and only got one when I payed for two.

Ordered a skincare set for niece for her birthday. Placed order on 7/10. On 7/20 (her birthday) I had not received any order updates. Emailed customer service. No response. Emailed again a few days later. Finally a response that there was an issue the day I placed my order. Took another week or more to get the order. They provided an extra item and refunded me but I felt awful that my niece didn’t have a gift on her birthday.

The package took 3 weeks to come. Never had this happen before. I am a bubble ambassador, and I got a free gift from rewards, and I understand free gifts are not the priority to send fast, but it shouldn’t take 3 weeks.

I Never received my item. Although I bet they it is amazing!!

Of the 3 products in the set, one had leaked completely out all over everything else. It was disappointing for a child’s birthday.

they werent answering my question right

I’ve been using bubble for 6 months now and I’ve see no change. I haven’t had any break outs but there is no change in my skin.

My skin actually has been breaking out after using bubble.
