Charlie has been such a kind and helpful presence in the apartment; not just for his excellence and care with the regular cleaning of our unit. He helps maintain the cleanliness of our unit with such a high degree of respect and close attention to detail. I trust him implicitly in our space, and has completely exceeded my expectations of a housekeeper!

Carmel was very patient and helpful in getting me all the information I needed to move to NYC. I’ve roomed with Aya before and they were a very good landlord. I just wish they had shorter lease terms without fees.
