HeliosdigitalagencyReviews of heliosdigitalagency.com

I'm not sure how Helios Digital Agency is still in business. We used them for a few months and we received no qualified solar leads. Our experience started poor from the campaign setup and their rep said we would try the service for another few months and still got nothing. Don't waste your time engaging with this company. We wish we could have our time back!

In all my 12 years operating a solar installation business, I've worked with multiple outsourced marketing providers, advertising agencies, web designers, and marketing freelancers - and I have never worked with a company as bad as Helios Digital Agency. They spend very little time on understanding your business and don't actively listen, so consequently they produce poor quality and highly generic "template" work and web designs using basic images and very average Ui/web designs. Any attempt to bring in accountability inevitably results in them pushing back and asking you to do the work for them. I worked closely and held discussions with multiple people up and down the company. Solar leads are not qualified and not interested in speaking with you. Spend your money elsewhere is my honest review and feedback of Helios for anyone else curious about engaging in this "solar marketing" agency.
