Great Customer Service
Worked with Helbulus well before Helhosting. Great respectable individual. Initially referred a friend to his service, he was thrilled with the customer service. I just started my own server with Helhosting, had difficulties getting a specific modpack to work server side. Helbulus found and fixed the problem within 15 minutes of me mentioning I couldn’t get the pack to work (was the pack’s problem not server).

Thank you so much Oscar for this kind review. We are striving for Helhosting to be the top of the leaderboards for customer support. And while we have full confidence in our team here at Helhosting. I myself as the owner am unafraid to step in when necessary to remedy any problems that might arise. So thank you for trusting Helhosting with your buisiness and server needs and we will be there any time we are needed. So once again I say it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. Now. Lets Explore. Together.
