I sent about 30 VHS and Betamax tapes to Heirloom for digitizing, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Geoff, the owner, was kind and helpful—he guided me through shipping and made sure everything was clear. They honored a discount, completed the job in about two weeks, and sent the digital files by email. The quality was great, and I’m so glad to have these memories preserved. Highly recommend Heirloom!

What made the experience great? Everything worked -- that's really kind of unusual in an age where an awful lot of stuff doesn't/ and maybe never did, work right.
