Heal Your Story and Emotionoal Regulation Mastery
I have worked with Heidi as a 1:1 client over the years and have also participated in her Heal Your Story community and Emotional Regulation Mastery Program. What keeps bringing me back to Heidi is her light, her guidance, and her ability to meet me exactly where I am. Whether we are working through one of her programs or having to shift gears because life threw something unexpected my way, Heidi always seems to have the right words and the right voice to help me find my way through it. One of the biggest things Heidi has taught me is how to practice staying present. What amazes me is that sometimes it isn’t until years later that I realize just how much I’ve grown. It hasn’t been a straight line, but when something happens in my life and I stop and focus on the tools Heidi has taught me, I realize I’m not starting over. I’m building on what I’ve learned before, even when I don’t realize it in the moment. Looking back, I can see just how far I’ve come. That, to me, is the real gift of working with Heidi. The things she teaches don’t just stay within a program or a session. They become tools I carry with me and come back to when I need them. Things that once felt overwhelming can now feel manageable because I have the tools to work through them. Heidi has also created the Heal Your Story community that feels genuinely accepting and supportive. There are prompts and lessons to explore, with as much or as little support as you need. There’s no pressure to be at a certain place or do things a certain way, you can simply show up as you are. For me, Heidi has been so much more than a coach. She has been a guide through different seasons of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for the perspective, awareness, and tools I’ve gained along the way. Being able to look back years later and see how much of her guidance is still showing up in my life says more than I can really put into words.
