Craig Fennen followed my progress from first day that I contacted Hear.Com, Craig set me up with Doctor Lauren Hendrickson a very professional and concerned audiologist who did the testing and fitting of the hearing aids The company had a 45 day warranty period with a money back guarantee if you were not satisfied with your hearing aids.. Craig called me several times to check my progress and to see if I was satisfied. He called again on the last day of the warranty to be sure I wanted to keep the hearings aids. Craig and Doctor Hendrickson provided excellent service.
