⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HealthRight 360 Proves That…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HealthRight 360 Proves That Healthcare is Indeed a Human Right As a retired professional, a person of service, and someone living with severe physical challenges and medical-related PTSD, I cannot praise HealthRight 360 highly enough. They are the gold standard for what integrated community healthcare should look like. For nearly four years, I went without vital dental care. My previous insurance plan repeatedly assigned me to dentists who avoided treating me due to an ADA-covered condition. The stress and rejection fueled my diagnosed PTSD, making the prospect of seeking care terrifying. On July 6, 2026, desperately needing help, I walked two and a half blocks to the HealthRight 360 Integrated Care Center on Mission and South Van Ness in San Francisco. I was hyperventilating, expecting to be dismissed or treated poorly. Instead, I was met with a level of compassion, clinical excellence, and structural efficiency that left me stunned. Why the HealthRight 360 Model Works: True Integration: They offer primary medical care, dental, therapy, psychiatry, substance use treatment, and nutrition under one roof. Real Financial Accessibility: They accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, HealthySF, and offer sliding scale fees, ensuring no one is locked out of high-quality care. Exceptional Respect for Time: Their patient-flow and scheduling policies show a mutual respect for the time of both the patients and the medical staff. A Team of Everyday Heroes: My journey over multiple visits in July 2026 introduced me to staff members who deserve the highest recognition: 1) Magaly (Intake Specialist): Magaly is the definition of consistent professionalism. Whether greeting me at the 5th-floor dental desk or assisting me on the 2nd-floor medical reception, her warmth, friendly demeanor, and humanity set a tone of absolute safety. 2) Katerra (Intake Tech): Katerra’s ability to proficiently organize vast amounts of medical data was astounding. She possesses a wonderfully calm, unshakeable personality that immediately diffuses anxiety. 3) Dr. Pu (Dentist): Dr. Pu is a consummate professional. Her full-mouth evaluation was exceptionally thorough, comfortable, and carried out with a level of clinical mastery that easily rivaled top-tier private institutions. 4) John (Director, Infectious Disease Dept): John went above and beyond when I inquired about establishing local medical care to avoid a painful, multi-step public transit commute to UCSF (which exacerbates my severe back pain and hip arthritis). He listened with profound empathy and personally escorted me to my next appointment. 5) Rada/Jada (Dental Hygienist from Croatia): Walking into her clinic room felt like coming home. She connected with me instantly. When she took the time to ask about my life and where I grew up, it brought tears to my eyes. In a lifetime of medical appointments, no provider had ever taken the time to see the human being behind the patient first. Her kindness was so restorative that my blood pressure dropped from an anxious, chronic high of nearly 200 down to a relaxed 135/90. Having spent my own life dedicated to serving others with a 1,000% commitment to excellence, it was deeply moving to receive that same level of devotion in return. HealthRight 360 is living proof that compassionate, dignified, and world-class healthcare is possible for everyone. Thank you for reading my review on HealthRight 360! LCJ
