Nonrefundable $1500 for a quote
Company requires retainer prior to providing quote or high level design, and does not return fee if the client decides not to move forward with the proposed work. Expect to forfeit the $1,500 or be coerced into continuing business with them. At no time was I provided with an agreement or contract that described this as a non-refundable fee.
