HauseitReviews of hauseit.com

Our agent, Xiadong Yan, did an excellent job helping us in our coop negotiations, board approval and closing. He is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.

Great service for listing your apartment or house yourself.

Great experience as long as you don't need much hand holding. The service is easy to use and Hauseit is responsive via email.

I used Hauseit to sell my son's apartment in NYC as an assisted FSBO. The most important things to me are the extensive marketing reach, the quick relay of inquiries to my email, and comprehensive information and documents available on their website. This is the first time I have sold real estate, and Hauseit fulfilled all the criteria, and made it very easy for me to be my own realtor. Their photographer was professional, and I was able to upload the photos, and description promptly. Their website was easy to navigate, and there was information every step of the way on "what to do next" in the house selling process. Hauseit gave me the opportunity and confidence that I would be able to sell this property like a pro. Highly recommend using it!

I was very impressed with Hauseit, they delivered everything they promised with professional ease and competence. I would definitely use them again. Juan was our broker and he did a terrific job. He is responsive, friendly and polite. He spent a lot of time answering and following up on my many questions. Great job!

This is the second time using Hauseit to sell our NYC co-op, we successfully sold in 2016 and now 2023 in a tougher market. Fantastic agent assisted FSBO services. Simple, seamless, and provides all the tools you need to be successful! Saved us thousands of dollars!!!

Dav was amazing to work with. We had the pleasure to have him as our realtor this past summer when looking for a co-op in NYC. Throughout the process, which was challenging because we live out of state, Dav was always available to answer our questions, address any concerns, and set our appointments based on our traveling plans. He provides valuable insights, guidance, and has a vast network of professionals, from lawyers to inspectors, that he recommends which made the whole buying experience in NYC less stressful. We are beyond satisfied with Dav, his expertise, professionalism and genuine care for his clients sets him apart. Thank you Dav for all your hard work and finding the perfect place for us. It was great working with HauseIt. We had an initial call to find out more about their services with Chris. We spoke about their model, our needs, expectations and it was all very transparent. We were matched with an amazing agent, Vivian, who works in the Westchester area and began the process of finding a home in a highly competitive market. She was such a pleasure and was ready to meet with us whenever we needed to view a house. We were looking in various towns across from Larchmont/Rye, to the River towns (Irvington, Dobbs Ferry etc), and she was usually there with us for open house and showings. As we narrowed down our search, she went as far as attending and videotaping a house that we couldn’t go see. She also got us in to view a few houses before they went on the market. This allowed us to put in an offer early and eventually secured our home. Whatever we needed communicated to the sellers agent, she took care off and followed up on any outstanding items post-sale. She also changed travel plans to attend our closing! We really enjoyed our experience and highly recommend using their services.
