I submitted 7 custom designs and they were able to create the designs, even without a PNG file. They kept in contact via messaging and provided me with photos of each patch being produced for review. They even offered recommendations for the designs (ex: embroidery, woven, etc..) to ensure it has the best look. They were friendly and responded to messages regularly. Once the patches were completed, shipping was fast.

If we could give Hats Patches 10 stars, we absolutely would. At The Hometown Company—and especially through our brand, Hometown Headwear—we place an extremely high value on craftsmanship. Every hat we create represents pride, purpose, and precision, and the patch on the front is one of the most important details. That’s why choosing the right partner for our embroidered patches mattered—and Hats Patches delivered in every way. The quality of the embroidery was top-tier. The stitching was clean and consistent, the colors were vibrant, and the attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve received before. These patches didn’t just meet the standard—we believe they set the standard. But it wasn’t just the product. The professionalism, speed, and service we experienced from the team at Hats Patches made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Communication was clear, deadlines were met, and they treated our brand with the care and respect that only a true partner would. We’re already working on our next order with them, and we’re genuinely excited to continue this partnership. If you’re looking for unmatched quality, great people, and a team that takes pride in their work, we can’t recommend Hats Patches enough. — Jason Napier CEO & Founder The Hometown Company & Hometown Headwear
