my recent order, which included The Times Cryptic Crossword Book 23: 100 World-Famous Crossword Puzzles (The Times Crosswords). Unfortunately, this item has still not arrived. It has now been almost two months since I placed the order, and I have not received any update or explanation regarding the delay. I am very disappointed by this lack of communication and the failure to deliver the item as expected.

Pathetic company. I bought one of HarperCollins Avon Publications books. Toward the end of the book, every 5th page or so was from a different book of the same series. When I complained about it via BBB they asked for my address, and promised to send me a replacement, so I marked the issue as resolved. They never sent it.

James from Harper Collins Publishings did a great job turning thoughts into an interesting cover design. The process of working together went smoothly, and the end result was better than I thought it would be. Harper Collins Publishings is the place to go if you went a team that knows how to make your book look good.
