I placed an order and was then informed of a huge delay. I was told I could get a refund and said yes. I ordered from somewhere else expecting to move forward with the refund, and then you got the item and sent it. So now I have two and didn't need the second. Would have been better to cancel and refund as it was suggested.

They proceeded an order that I was charged and they cancelled the order. I called to find out why as I had no alert of it but instead they just wanted to argue on the phone that I had an email I didn't receive. They resent cancellation email and I got it instantly. Told my they didn't charge my but I used Paypal and it took funds. This company is trash and I'm just going to report them for fraud and leave this review so no one else wastes their time on their crap.

Hello, After reading your comment I almost thought it was meant for a different company until I was informed about your case by our team. The reason why I felt this is because 1) Any order cancelation has an auto-generated email that goes out to the customers and is not a manual process. Nobody can stop that email from going out once the order is canceled. In your case, I imagine your proxy/firewall settings could have prevented this email from coming to your inbox which is possible and anyone familiar with online ordering process can verify. 2) We don't even have PayPal as the payment option at our checkout page. So clearly if you are looking at PayPal for a refund you wouldn't get it there since we never charge any of our customers through PayPal. We don't even charge customers credit card at the time the order is placed. It only gets authorized for the order amount. If the order gets canceled before its fulfilled for any reason, this payment gets voided and the pending transaction on the credit card is dropped. We tried explaining to you over the phone but looks like it wasn't much of help. Please reach out to your bank and they will be able to verify and explain things better. 3) Lastly, I wonder your basis for the claim that the customers are getting fake stuff. Our vendors are registered suppliers for the specific brands they represent. We follow set procedure to investigate and validate the same. If what you say were true we would have been shut a long time ago. I guess at this point we have exhausted all our options to explain things to you but we are open to discussing the matter with any third party you would like to bring if that helps you.

Company was inexpensive, quick to ship and deliver however the product was so poorly made the usefulness was zero. Nesting box pads were so thin there was only one strand of material per item it was like putting paper in the nesting boxes.

They post wrong product images that customers are looking for and email customers only picture image, but not about detail product information. Customers do not know what they are getting until they get the item from the seller. The reason the seller doesn't send detail information about product is preventing customers cancel their order. You have to pay shipping and return cost. The seller charges 30% restocking fee, gives refund only store credit. Never use this seller. The seller is a kind of scamer. The seller replied as an excuse that the happening was my fault. However their intention is the customers make mistakes and they get profits from the described product. If it was right product picture, I would buy from local Home Depot. The price is $15.31 with free shipping. However the seller price is $24.30 plus $16.00 shipping cost with fault product picture. I was looking for a steel well point and chose a lowest price because the picture was a steel well point. After some communications I finally got return address by email because I was not able to take return process through their website. They said changing wrong product picture to right product picture takes a tremendous work. It's not true. It's a very simple step to change a product picture just like we update SNS contents. I wish they update the product picture with right one if they have time to reply on my review as an excuse. Will I return the product? No, I already dumped it away. Paying $16.00 shipping cost and some store credit after 30% restocking fee on $24.30, how much will I get back as a store credit I will never use? I just kept on going on the communication to get an actual address because I was not able to get an actual address on the seller's website. Just don't buy a product from the seller. If you have a problem with the product you purchased from them, you will realize you were fooled by the seller.

Hello, After explaining how the image is correct by sending screenshots of the product image not just from our website but also from other sellers selling the same product, it is heartbreaking to see that you left us this review. It takes time, energy, and effort to ensure the product description is updated correctly so our buyers know what they are purchasing, and we hope our customers read it before placing the order. The product description clearly describes the product that you received right from the product material to the model number, vendor’s information, the structure of the product and so much more. It came to us as a big surprise that none of it was read. When the order is submitted, we understand that the customer either knows the product or has read the description and seen the picture and only then has agreed to purchase the item but, in this case, none was true. You have also been sent a link to submit a return request a number of times so we can process the RMA and you can send the items back, but none has come so far. Bought a VacMaster unit from them. It lasted less then 5 min and stopped working. Took almost 2 weeks to get the replacement process going with them due to poor communication. then said it was a warranty item and referred me to the manufacturer. Hence 3 months later, no replacement unit told its on back order. I thought Vegas was the place to loss money quick....nope its Hardware & Moree

Hello Terry, We tried contacting you a couple of times and left a voice message. After we last spoke, and provided the information to submit for the warranty replacement, we did not hear from you. Hence, we had been under the impression things went well with the warranty replacement. I understand your frustration, but if we were aware of a backorder, or any delay/issues with said replacement. We would have taken the necessary steps to assure customer satisfaction, as that is a main goal & priority of our business. Whether that be a refund or us in direct communication with the vendor to see if there is anything we can do to expedite the warranty replacement. With that said, we apologize for all you have gone through with this matter. If you have the time please reach out to us at 833-258-5253 to discuss how we can rectify this. Great product line and fair prices BUT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Had to pay 30% restocking fee / with gift card to spend for online purchase (no problem) . BUT when i tried to use credit I was going to buy 1 lb item $30.10 with shipping $64, unreasonable!!! How about $15? left 3 messages no call back! 2 emails nothing they can do about it! Finally get customer service and request for return call from someone in upper management. 5 days later still no call back. Next more to call BBB and Attorney General. I think they are waiting for me to disappear!!!

Hello Raymond, My records indicate your first email came on Jan 10, 2023, which was responded literally in an hour explaining the matter to you. We also tried discussing the same thing with you on phone several times. Some items unfortunately are expensive to ship even when the actual value or the weight of the product is less due to many factors like its proximity to your shipping location, dimensions, etc. These items are meant to be only picked up from our warehouse or ordered in bulk so we can send LTL and that way reduce/offer free shipping. Anyone trying to place an order for the same item will get the same shipping rate as you. Just because you have received store credit doesn't mean we are charging you any higher. You can try to add some other items and can still use the store credit. We offer very competitive shipping prices for a lot of other products, especially if ordered in bulk or LTL but for the specific item you were interested in and the quantity you requested, unfortunately, shipping prices were higher which is dictated by UPS a third party and we have no say in it. I know you are frustrated with everything and I apologize for everything but we honestly tried but couldn't bring the shipping prices down as I mention above they are given by UPS and we have no control on it.
