You can be happy till the final checkout detail...
Their products may be attractive and inviting to buy but when it comes to honoring what's listed on their website, the balls are not so happy. During a recent online purchase I was charged $9.99 for shipping whereas it clearly states on their portal that shipping is a flat rate $4.99 - Any size order! When contacting their customer service to report this error they babbled on that my order should have been $50 or more in order to get free shipping. That is NOT what I complained about. They refused to adjust their billing. Well, there will be no more billing for me with them!
