Good range of options regarding quality of windows versus price. Delay between purchase date and windows custom manufactured longer than I'd like, but it also indicates many are purchasing. Good range of financing options including two years at no interest. With the windows I purchased there is a lifetime warranty. Period. Not limited to "material and workmanship." Even accidental breakage covered. And the warranty is transferable to a new homeowner with notification to Hanson's. On the whole, a hassle free experience. Installer brings windows to house, installs and takes away old windows and construction debris. Also,it was a good learning experience about windows. I now know enough to recognize how to buy windows on my own and hire my own installer. Doing that can save you about 50%. But you won't get a lifetime warranty. So if getting windows with virtually no hassle and with the greatest ease to yourself, I readily recommend Hanson's.

Sales rep was a great! The installer was great as well! I’m having a little bit of buyers remorse. I wish now that I would have went with a double hung side windows on the bay window
