fast delivery, product design are excellent.

Quality machine and bits.

Fast shipping.

The ordering was easy. After a lengthy time for delivery, it arrived and looks good. Came 100% charged and I will look forward to using it with my hobby.

No problem with ordering. Price could have been a little less even though it was on sale. Haven't received the product yet.

Good job! One of the tool I ever experiment.

Rotary toolmworks great.

Good quality products and a straightforward and speedy transaction. Shipping was fast. Product was packed well enough for USPS shipping. For a first experience, pretty damned good, however, rotation is industry incorrect. Forward is actually reverse, so you have to change direction right after startup. Burs only cut in one direction, the industry standard forward. Shame, great otherwise.
