Chatted via video call in the Dog Park with RC about a USB port cover replacement. Knowledgeable, helpful, outstanding customer service. We have 2 HALO collars and they are absolutely fantastic for keeping our dogs on our 5 acres with no fencing. Outstanding product and support!

It seems very rare in this day and age that you can get help from a human. Halo changed the way GPS works which made my collar get inadvertent out of the yard signals. David walked me thru how to adjust the collar in a video chat which was very refreshing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
