Very awesome product, works very well for our dog. We live on a ranch and know that our dog is very hard on this collar. It stopped charging one day and I was pretty sure we needed a new one. Your representative Jacqueline was very informative and help us reach the best resolution to our issue and got us a new unit under warranty. Thank you Halo

Customer Service (Dog Park) has always been Amazing. We've only had to contact them twice towards the end of our 1 year warranty times, but each time they went above and beyond to help us, and they were so nice too.
