Was having some issues with one of my dog’s collars. Called into the dog park and they walked me through the resolution to the problem. Staff is always helpful when calling in. Thanks for keeping my puppers safe!

I'm a new Halo customer and wanted to purchase a single component of one of the charging accessories that came with the Halo3 collar I had just started using. Not seeing exactly what I wanted on the website, I contacted customer support and was initially a little unnerved by the experience. I'm used to contacting customer support systems through a chat interface where you wait for a long time to get connected, and once you're connected there are lots of delays where it's obvious that the support person is multitasking across multiple customers. With Halo support I waited less than one minute and then was in a one-to-one video chat with a support representative, Quinterrace, who understood my question, verified that what I wanted was not available as a single item, double checked with his back-end support, and made arrangements to send the component in the mail as a courtesy. It was clear that I was the sole customer Quinterrace was dealing with and that he was focused on solving my issue and not trying to close out the call to get onto the next one. It was unlike any online customer service experience I've had in the last 5 years. Two thumbs up to Halo and Quinterrace.

I am very happy wth my Halo collars! We have Halo collars for both of our dogs, V and Jack both Border Collie/Aussie mixes, We live on a cattle ranch and those collars have worked exactly as they are supposed to work keeping our dogs safe and inside an unfenced boundry. They respect the feedback from these collars. The Virtual Zoom feature from the support team is unique and I love it! I recently had to call "Dog Park" support for a GPS issue that both collars were experiencing and Sean helped me find the exact area where I can adjust the settings for this issue. He was friendly, listened as I explained the problem, and was concerned that my pups were experiencing unnecessary feedback. I sincerely appreciated his help and friendly professional manner. Our problem is fixed and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Sean and the Halo team!

I have called the Dog Park several times over the past few years for support, and have always had a good experience, today was no exception. I spoke with Sabrina today and she was extremely helpful, and pleasant. It took some time for us to review and adjust GPS settings. Sabrina was very patient and friendly. Thanks so much for once again making Halo Dog Park a pleasant experience.

We were very Anxious about buying the halo system because of its price, but we were glad to see how wonderful the customer service is. We had a couple of problems With how the collars were connecting, and the video support was almost instant and walked us through getting the collars where they needed to be on the GPS signal. Really impressed. Sabrina was awesome.

Sabrina did an awesome job of problem solving and getting my dog's collar back up and going. I love the Zoom live interactive experience to help make sure they know what's going on with the collar or the app. I love my Halo collar, too and that I know where my doggy is at all times.
