I did a virtual customer service call through the dog park. I was able to speak with a human right away. They even offered video chat so I could see a face with a voice. She helped me right away and solved my issue in a very timely manner. Thank You Halo for having great support

We have purchased 2 of these collars and we have had a couple minor issues and the dog park has been able to help us along. The customer service is great and I love the fact you actually talk to a human, not a chat bot. We’re happy with the collars and knowing our dogs are safe is all that matters!

I have had the Halo collars for all my dogs for several years. The collars work great and the dogs learn the boundary very quickly. I have a lot of acreage that I like to allow my dogs to run on and they are able to run free and always stay within the property lines. I just ordered a replacement collar and had to seek assistance from customer care. I spoke with Ricky West and he was able to guide me through the process of removing the collar I wanted to replace before adding the new collar. He was very helpful and even emailed me to make sure I was able to contact him again, if needed. Great collar with great customer service!

I had an issue with my collar and I contacted the dog park. Quinterrace had my issue resolved in no time and was very helpful in the process.

Quinterrace E was able to wrap up an excellent customer experience wit Halo. Both of my collars died unexpectedly and Halo replaced them both, very quickly. I was considering switching collar technologies, but the customer service won me over.

I've had the Halo collar almost a year now and it works great. Setting up fences at other places while on vacation is easy and very convenient. Just had an issue where collar was acting up in the house and Asia B. from customer service walked me through how to change GPS settings in the house and also sent a follow-up email with detailed instructions. To begin, I would like to recommend the Halo Collar and their excellent support service. Recently I had an issue with my collar not charging and I worked with Jacqueline on a video call. She walked me through some troubleshooting and determined my collar needed to be replaced. She handled a warranty claim and is sending a new collar. She was so professional, accommodating, and kind and quickly turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I am a satisfied Halo customer!
