I had issues with my collar and the staff were great in walking me through troubleshooting. Sabina Was very patient and understanding and helped me to get a warranty replacement. She explained all the details so I understood clearly what would happen, and what I need to do. Thanks Halo Dog Park team and thank you Sabina!!!!

Very happy with the app and flexibility of having one electronic GPS fence and two collars. My only complaint is the GPS setting (default) and it going off inside the house. It’s confusing for the dog and I had to go into advanced settings to fix it, with the help of the dog park support agent. Overall very happy and we look forward to years of safe playing in our yard ahead
