Halo has been very responsive. I had a collar that was not tracking and after much ado they sent a replacement. The replacement works in every regard except there are NO lights working on it. They are now sending another replacement. Their understanding of my continued frustration has been appreciated.

Sierra was INSANELY helpful. She took the time to explain things, troubleshoot, and get our claim taken care of quickly. She had great customer service skills and was a joy to work with.

When I called support I was able to FaceTime over Zoom and connected with Tiffany right away. I was super stressed about my situation and she was so calm and helpful! When I ended the call I was so relieved and happy with the resolution. Really appreciated Tiffany and her help!

My little girl had received warning feedback when she was in a safe zone. I was very distraught since I wasn’t home and could not believe she’d received feedback underserved. The customer care representative was empathetic, thorough, informative, and to a lot of time to walk me through different ways to prevent this from occurring in the future and to help my dog overcome any trust issues that may result from the erroneous feedback

Collar was deemed defective. They are sending me a new one. Great customer service!

I started with Halo 2. Have enjoyed it with few issues. The Dog Park Staff have always been responsive and accommodating. I have had parts replaced on warranty. Recently, a neighbor’s dog came on my property and attacked my dog. He was wearing his Halo. That dog bit through the Halo, crushing the end bracket, puncturing the cover, and tore off the collar. The Halo needed to be replaced, but my dog was fine! His collar was replaced under warranty and the replacement was an upgrade to the Halo 3. Initialization was easy and the GPS seems to be accurate. I will say that at times we have gotten errant GPS drift corrections, usually right after a big software update, but they self resolve or manual recalibration takes care of it. -Judes’s Human

Noah did a quick and efficient troubleshoot with me. He make sure we tried everything to ensure no stone was left in-turned. When the collar did not work still he showed me how to apply for the warranty replacement and even gave me (unprompted) the date my warranty ends. Very great and professional associate.
