Darrell was amazing to help when i had issues with my collars. and when working the collars give me 100% ease. but unfortunately we are on our 3rd or 4th collars for replacement due to issues. every time the warranty claims is easy but it's been frustrating having it happen so often

Have reached out to tech support a few times. Problems always seem to be resolved, even if for a short time. Most recently I reached out for live help on the Dog Park. Fantastic and quick response… it was just too easy. Sean was great and fixed my problem. That comes to the issue I have. Seems like this product experiences A-LOT of glitches and updates seem to sometimes be announced to users and sometimes they seem to just happen?? Every issue I have experienced seems to be associated with an update issue and always can be associated with some type of GPS issue. That’s fine, but maybe a little better communication with regards too those events and updates. This product is a lifeline between dog owners and our pets. I trust this product and rely on the information I receive back. And, my dog trusts the Halo just as much. She is to a point now where she will not go outside unless she is wearing her “cellphone” 😂. When it’s not working properly we both feel a little anxious to get it fixed and get back outside. I think honing up by communicating better updates and tech issues and what users can expect or what others have experienced as a result of updates would bring this review from 4 to 5 stars hands down!

Darrell was easy to work with and he was quick and didn’t try to prolong the transaction.

Great customer service, the videos are meh, the product is a bit unevent. Hannah couldn't have been more helpful in our very quick call. Remarkable service. They need to iron out the kinks and reshoot and condense the videos.

The customer service is great! Jacqueline has helped us multiple times and is clear, polite and fast. We have had to have the collar replaced quite a times which is not ideal as the gap between our collar not functioning and a new one arriving means we can’t let our dog out in our yard except on a leash.

We have only had the collars for our 2 dogs for about 2 weeks, but they work great so far! I do wish the gps was a little better so it didn’t have to catch up as much, but we live in a pretty remote area for service. One of the charging cables for our collars didn’t work upon arrival, but Tonya with the DogPark was extremely helpful and gave me a quick solution with complete ease on my end!

Sabrina R has been very helpful. If this review was based on her services only, it would be 5 stars. She was quick to see the problem and helped to rectify it. The dog park in general has been very helpful. Unfortunately, we have had problems with all three collars. Two of them quit taking a charge and one had a diagnostic issue. They are replacing two of them under the warranty and I am working to see what we can do with the 3rd one. Even though we have had issues with the collars, the company has been good to stand by their product and replace them if necessary.
