The collar is not alerting us when our dog breaks his fence (nor is it stopping him).

The GPS isn't accurate 1/3 of the time. Now it says the collar has 4 hrs left on a full charge for some reason. Resetting the fence post is glitchy. I had to fight with that. Having to pay $800 for one collar and a $10 monthly fee. It should be a lot better then what it is. For that price it should be a lifetime warranty.

Nice idea for our 25 acre farm But expensive for 3 dogs Problems were difficult app interface for adjustments, borders slightly change making pet training difficult and did not consistently ‘shock’ the dog even at a 10 setting. Must charge every day!!!!! Barely last 20 hours Many run thru events One good thing is it lets you find the let easily after run thru events We Changed to traditional under ground fence and had them trained in a week. No daily charging

Initially I loved the collar. The past month or two, the collar shocks my dog when he is nowhere near the boundary. He has a couple acres of run area and can be standing in the middle. The collar thinks he is outside the boundary. I think it is terrible. Happens a couple times a week. I keep trying to make it work properly and after I try something new - WHAM it does it again. Now i have fences turned off but keep the collar on to track him. NOT what it is supposed to be used for. FRUSTRATED.

I think this collar would work great if you had it on an outdoor dog all the time. I've tried several times to use it on my Boston when we let him outside and the collar still has issues connecting to the GPS and showing an accurate location of my dog. The customer service rep has attempted to help me with different tips to use to try and assist me with this issue, but the issue still persists. I'm sure this is a great product and I have heard great things about it, that's why I purchased it. But I live in a very rural area in Northwest Kansas, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with the accuracy of the GPS. Just wish I could have written a more positive review of this product.

Collar worked for one year on dog. The collar still works but not on the dog - he will take off and run out the fence boundary as soon as he sees another dog. Dog is 100 pounds and I don't think the shock is strong enough to get his attention.

Since recent updates, the operation has been unreliable. It gives feedback at inappropriate times and doesn’t provide feedback at other times when boundary is exceeded. Also, the delay in feedback seems to have increased such that the warning comes “after the fact” when the dog runs. Also, my dog seems to have figured out in a certain place there are “blind spots” such that it can escape the boundary without detection.

Halo worked great to begin with but now our Walker Hound Shiloh just runs thru it. Not sure it works for us anymore. I have it set to 15 for static but don’t believe it’s working. Update: spoke with amazing representative and she helped to fix the problem. All is well again! Super company to work with!
