Worked hard to help me solve the problem and put in request for replacement tips, as well as giving me suggestions on keeping them secured in the collar.

We originally bought 3 collars, 2 have been great and one we have had some issues with. The company has been very good about working with me to try to resolve issues. Today, I spoke with Kadaija on the halo dog park. She was very helpful, answered my requests quickly and I was on and off the phone within minutes with my issues resolved. Thank you!!

I had been sent a replacement collar under warranty but did not receive a charger or contact strips. I spoke with Anissa and she took care of me immediately. She was friendly and very helpful. I was done with the whole process in 10 minute. Great customer service.

I was having issues with my collar fence and the GPS signals. I reached out to Tiffany on the Dog Park and she was absolutely amazing and helped me tremendously. I have had this collar for a while now and not only do I love it, but my pup does too and most importantly it is keeping him safe! Awesome customer service and awesome product.

Have had Halo collar for about 3 years now. Prior to getting the collar our sweet German Shepherd Cali had to be on a cable outside because she liked to chase cars and squirrels and would run out in the road. She is a dog with a lot of energy so I hated her being on a cable to go outside. That’s when we got the Halo Collar. She took to the training and this has changed her life. She runs our huge yard and knows exactly where to stop so she doesn’t even get the warning beep. She has such a great active life now. Recently upgraded to the Halo 3 and we’re having some battery issues. Reached out to Halo dog park and immediately was connected to Darrell, but the connection in the app was bad. Darrell asked for my phone number and called me and was very polite and helpful. It was nice to not wait on hold to get somebody. The support is fantastic!
