I was having issues with my halo collars and Anissa was able to quickly get the problems handled and patient with me with having to help my kids during the phone call. I hope I am able to connect with her directly with future issues.

After my dogs collar unfortunately slipped off and she chewed it up, I had to get on a zoom call to order some parts to fix it. Anissa was very helpful and quickly helped me find and order the pieces I needed to fix my collar.

I had a zoom session with Damian W. , this morning. He walked me through the optimizing GPS settings. To get my collar up and running. He was very helpful in explaining in layman’s terms. How the system worked and how to adjust the GPS settings , as the seasons change . His patience and expertise were outstanding. Thanks Damian W.
