The halo collar has made life for my dog and me so stress free. No fence needed. She has freedom and I have confidence that she is safe. The Dog park help desk is always available and helpful . The technology can be comflex and it does take awhile to understand how to use all the features and troubleshoot on your own. Definitely do the training they offer. The warranty has been useful when failure occurs. I recommend this collar if you are looking for peace of mind for your beloved dog. My Belle has done very well with it.

I love your video customer service. Both calls I have had to make were great. Always helpful and I can't tell you how much I hate robot calls or press 2 for customer service. Just a nice person on the other end is so refreshing. Thanks Tim. And if you look at my precvious video call if those are logged...the other gal who took my call and handled my warrantee was equally as good.
