Customer support has been super helpful. Recently I spoke to Kadaija B. and she quickly and easily helped me get my issue resolved. Halo Collars work great to keep my dog in the yard. It is even better when you know that you have great support when the rare issue arises.

Anissa was great at helping me with my dog collar. Ultimately we determined it would no longer charge and she is sending me a replacement. Thanks Halo. And thank you Anissa!

I enjoy that I can see the people and they have past notes. I also was glad that they stuck with me while we fixed the problem. Tim was a big help. He didn't give up on my problem.

Thank you so much for being a loyal Pack member! We appreciate your business.
The GPS collar concept is great, no wires to bury, we have multiple homes that we visit and programming of fences are super easy - we’d give this product a 5.0 except for it has some connectivity issues occasionally and it can be worrisome when you’re not sure if your pet is safe or not. Overall a great product, keep working on the connectivity and it will become a perfect product! Customer service is wonderful and the virtual dog park agents are very helpful - we had a warranty issue and Anissa resolved it quickly - just as you would expect a reputable company to do.

Thank you so much for your review and your honest feedback! We are constantly working on improving our product and services so we are thrilled to hear that you are happy with it!
I've had my halo collar for close to 2 years now and love the ease of the app and quick and easy customer support in the halo dog park. We live in a heavily wooded area and sometimes have troubles with the GPS and tracking. Tiffany was so helpful today with changing the GPS settings to adjust for the low levels in some areas of the fence. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is my collar still isn't tracking and I will need to call back for more help tomorrow. Tiffany definitely earned a 5 star with customer service!

I was extremely frustrated with the videos so called for Zoom help and got Tim. What a great technical support person! He talked me through the things I was having trouble with and I'll keep the collar! Thanks, Tim! You were fabulous! I wish the videos were as good as you are at explaining!

We are so happy to hear this! Thank you so much for your review.
The product works great. Love how you can take it anywhere and it's easy to set up. Only issue I find is the charging port is open to the elements on the collar which has caused issues with it getting dirt and crud. Also the collar usually only last the day but definitely a great product. The customer service when contacting the company was great and very easy to help solve all of my needs.
