Customer service was very helpful. I’ve been having problems with the collar shocking and beeping at my dog while he’s wearing it when he’s in the safe zone. They were able to lower the sensitivity of the gps signal to help prevent it from happening again.

She was patient with us as she probably fixed the reason we ordered an upgraded collar. We will still get the Halo 3 as it should do better with the active GPS antenna in our wooded area. She walked us through GPS settings which we didn't even know about.
