Hey Jon, wow thank you so much for such an amazing review! We are so thrilled that you are having such a great experience!
I recently called due to my halo not powering on, after being on the call for just a few minutes a hard reset was done and the halo was working again. The customer service was great as always. I cant say enough good things about this company. First of all the product is amazing it helps to keep my dog safe and gives me peace of mind always knowing exactly where he is located. On top of that i purchased my halo 2 on Oct of 22 and last month the charger port got damaged and of course my 1yr warranty was up but they extended my warranty and sent me a halo 3 with the new magnetic charger to replace it. Halo is a great company with amazing customer service. Thank you!!

We are so thrilled to hear this, Melissa! Thank you so much for sharing and for being a loyal Pack member!
I appreciate the training videos, and like how the collar is fairly accurate. The GPS isn’t 100% spot on, and it reacts slowly sometimes, but it always works. My dog goes maybe 20 to 40 feet beyond the boundary I create, then the color goes crazy and sent me notifications, and then the dog always comes back. So overall very happy with the color. As far as training indoors, it’s more challenging, but I like the technology and how it works.

Good so far. Trying to set up at different locations was not straightforward Having to wait 7-10 days for warranty replacements is an issue given dog must be without for that long
