We have had our Halo for almost two years now and just love it! We live on 8 acres and our Halo allows our dogs to use just about every inch of the property. Recently, we were having an issue with the GPS reporting the location of our dog. One phone call to their help desk and it was working again.

Works great keeps our fur baby safe. She got hit by car and that was the deciding factor for me. Thankfully she was not hurt bad. The Halo Collar works great. We had a remote controlled collar so it was a very short learning curve for us. Daisy usually responds with just the warning feedback. Squirrels and deer she usually gets the emergency feedback. Thanks Halo!!!!

I have been very happy with customer support. I have been having trouble with one of the collars losing signals. Customer service was super helpful and issues appear to have been resolved.
