Halo’s customer support is impeccable. Quickly connected, via Zoom, for a live, face to face call to discuss questions and concerns. Ricky answered all of the questions I had, provided recommendations, and walked me through potential issues that may arise. I can’t say enough about the customer service for Halo!

Ricky was a great help today when I called with an issue. We love the halo collar and the freedom it gives our fur baby. I have recommended them to friends and family already and they are also thrilled they invested in the collar. I do wish they had express shipping on replacement parts. Tiffany was very helpful and tried to get the answers on why Amazon Prime Day deal is stating Halo is $549 but on Amazon it is actually not taking the discount and is charging me $599. She is doing a follow up but was amazing. We love our first Halo collar we are getting a second one for our smaller dog.
