Had a problem with my Halo collar. Emma helped me work through it. She was awesome! The video chat was an efficient method to communicate my issues. Emma was so helpful and took care of my issue. Halo customer service is the best. And we love our collar!

I called into the Dog Park because our dog was receiving feedback in our house. Quinn from Halo was very kind, reviewed my last call in and decided that it was necessary to add beacons in our house to control this. They shipped out the beacons needed and said to call back if this doesn’t fix the issue. Halo’s customer service has been wonderful!
