Issues keep arising on these collars . Glad we can resolve it but is aggravating when I have 4 collars

Symantha was a great help when trying to size my Halo 4 collar to my dog. I thought it was too big when it was tightened all the way and she was determined to help me fix it! Turns out, there was more tightening that could be done than I thought. Thank you Symantha for you patience and help!
