Short battery life, spotty connections.... expensive!

Collar boundaries are not accurate. Collar warns and provides a signal inside set boundaries at some points and does not warn or signal until 30 seconds later when past other boundaries.

Hi Nathaneal, There are things that can be done to ensure greater success with Halo. We highly recommend that you visit the virtual Halo Dog Park to get advice from a member of the Halo Support Team. You can find the Halo Dog Park at dogpark.halocollar.com, or in the Halo app under Settings > Halo Dog Park.
The collar functions well once you get it set up but the customer support is terrible. Email is a problem and all you get is an auto reply acknowledgment of your email. I have tried to cancel the $43 monthly subscription numerous times per their instructions and I keep getting charged. AVIOD THIS COMPANY!

Do not waste your money or your time!!! Sent me one devictive collar then a second devictive collar which my dog almost got hit by a car. No one answers the number for them and 10 days later iam still waiting for a credit on my card!!! Get a electronic fence!!

Great Idea. Horrible!!!! Horrible!!! Product. My dogs have constantly gotten warnings and shocks and they are right next to me well inside the gps fence!! This has happened after resetting the fence and gps signals many times with help from Halo techs. Even at different locations. This product is simply not ready for the market! If you buy this product after reading this it can only mean you do not like your dogs. Cesar Milan should be ashamed of associating his name with this product. It will make your dog neurotic!!

The collar was consistantly off on location and shocked my dog several times while inside our house. I emailed the Halo to return the collar after the first month and they talked me into "troubleshooting" the collar several times over the next two months. We even tried to exchance the collar for a new one and it still didn't work. Then they won't take the collar back after 60 days. They don't stand behind the product.

First collar I had, the battery got insanely hot and burned my hand. A replacement was sent. It would go off inside the “fence” boundaries. I called and emailed numerous times to get a refund and was continuously told I was out of the refund window. It was not worth the $700 or the continual subscription cost. Severely disappointed.

Please do not spend your money with these people! This has been a nightmare from the start. Do your research and believe the negative reviews! These people have filtered out all negative reviews on their site to maintain their phony 4.7 star status. I spoke to ‘higher up’ named Aaron twice, (including multiple USELESS customer service reps) he told me there would be a follow up email from him personally. Do you think there was ever a follow up? It has been 7 days the item has yet to be shipped. I requested a refund since the item had not been shipped yet and I was informed of a ‘new policy’ that says you have to cancel your order THE DAY OF before 6pm…. In what world?? Now I am out of the shipping fee, and expected to pay another shipping fee to return the item to ultimately receive my refund…. These collars are not cheap but this company certainly is!! HANDS DOWN THE WORST INVESTMENT I HAVE EVER MADE. These people are a joke!!
